Mini Days Terms of Use

Welcome to Mini Days.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Mini Days, including our mobile applications, websites, content, features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Mini Days, users agree to these Terms.

What Mini Days Does

Mini Days is a discovery and planning platform designed to help parents, caregivers, and other adults discover activities, classes, camps, events, attractions, restaurants, businesses, services, and other experiences for children and families.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Mini Days does not operate, supervise, control, endorse, or provide the third-party activities and services appearing in the Service.

Adults and Caregivers

Mini Days is intended for adults. It is not designed for children under 13 to use independently.

Parents and caregivers remain responsible for determining whether any activity, venue, provider, event, product, or service is appropriate for their child.

Listing Information

We work to make Mini Days useful, current, and accurate.

However, information available through Mini Days may originate from third-party businesses, venues, organizers, APIs, public sources, and other external sources.

Information may change without notice. This includes: dates and times; availability; prices; age requirements; registration requirements; addresses and locations; operating hours; event schedules; instructor information; accessibility; cancellation policies; safety requirements; and other listing details.

Users should confirm important information directly with the applicable provider before traveling, registering, purchasing tickets, or participating.

Events

Temporary and seasonal events may be added, updated, extended, cancelled, postponed, or changed by their organizers.

Mini Days attempts to identify and remove expired events, but we cannot guarantee that every event displayed is still operating or that all information is current.

Always confirm time-sensitive event information with the official organizer or venue before attending.

Third-Party Providers

Mini Days is not responsible for the conduct, acts, omissions, products, services, facilities, employees, instructors, contractors, or representatives of third-party providers.

A listing on Mini Days does not constitute a guarantee, certification, inspection, or endorsement of a provider.

Mini Days does not independently guarantee that providers have particular licenses, insurance, background checks, certifications, safety procedures, or qualifications unless Mini Days expressly states that it independently verified a specific item.

Safety and Supervision

Parents and caregivers are responsible for evaluating whether an activity, venue, provider, instructor, environment, or experience is appropriate for their child.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for appropriate supervision and considering factors relevant to their child, including age, abilities, allergies, medical considerations, swimming ability, physical limitations, and other individual circumstances.

Mini Days is a discovery service and is not a substitute for parental judgment or supervision.

Bookings and Purchases

Mini Days may provide links to third-party websites or services where users can register, reserve, purchase tickets, book activities, or make other transactions.

Unless Mini Days expressly states otherwise, these transactions occur between the user and the third-party provider.

The provider's terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, and other rules apply to those transactions.

Mini Days is not responsible for third-party cancellations, refunds, pricing errors, availability, service quality, or transaction disputes.

Maps, Images and Third-Party Content

Mini Days may display maps, photographs, business information, event information, and other content supplied by third-party platforms, APIs, licensors, venues, organizers, or other authorized sources.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners and applicable licenses and terms.

Images are provided for informational and illustrative purposes and may not always depict the exact current activity, event, instructor, setup, or experience.

Intellectual Property

Mini Days and its original design, branding, software, organization, graphics, editorial content, and other original materials are owned by Mini Days or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, create competing databases from, or commercially exploit Mini Days content or technology except as permitted by law or with written permission.

User Accounts

If Mini Days offers user accounts, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their accounts.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use Mini Days to: violate applicable law; interfere with the operation or security of the Service; attempt unauthorized access to Mini Days systems; scrape or systematically extract Mini Days data without permission; impersonate another person or organization; submit intentionally false or misleading information; or use Mini Days in a manner that harms other users or third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Days is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not warrant that every listing will be accurate, complete, current, available, appropriate, safe, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mini Days and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service or participation in third-party activities discovered through Mini Days.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we materially change these Terms, provide notice where required.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
